By accessing, using, or registering for Reach Platform (the "Platform") and Reach Ride Sharing Services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform or the Services.
To use the Platform and the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license (if you are a Driver) or a valid payment method (if you are a Passenger).
To use the Services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Drivers agree to provide safe and reliable transportation to Passengers. Passengers agree to be respectful of Drivers and their vehicles.
Both Drivers and Passengers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
You agree that you will not:
Impersonate any person or entity, or create a false identity.
Stalk, threaten, harass, or abuse any person.
Violate any law, statute, rule, permit, ordinance, or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or the Services.
Use the Platform or the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Passengers agree to pay the applicable fare for each ride. Drivers agree to accept the applicable fare for each ride.
Reach reserves the right to change its fare structure at any time.
If you have a dispute regarding a payment, you must contact Reach customer support. Reach will investigate the dispute and make a determination in its sole discretion.
Reach reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform and the Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. REACH MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reach with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Reach.
Reach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Reach may also have additional terms and conditions that apply to specific features or services. For example, Reach may have additional terms and conditions that apply to its food delivery service or its airport transportation service.
Passengers and Drivers should review all applicable terms and conditions before using the Reach Platform or the Services.
Reach is operated by Reach Labs Ltd, a company registered by RDB. Reach is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda.
